
As part of the re-brand of Receipt Bank into Dext, Ross was brought on board to add his flair to this series of brand commercials.
The concept follows Jim, a “hero” accountant who proactively helps his clients through a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Dext is his secret weapon, enabling him to solve his clients accounting woes by turning previously tortuous tasks into a few effortless clicks.
Through the use of split screening, and the characters completely ignoring its existence, the spots metaphorically show how Dext brings accountants and clients closer together – all with a healthy dose of satire, wit and good old fashioned “dad” humour.
